Kerr Memorial Scholarship Application
The Sunshine-Couples Bible School Class offers a scholarship to any member who is embarking on a New Testament Religious education at any of our Restoration Colleges and/or Universities. Only church members can receive the scholarship.

Parking Permit Application
A Parking Sticker is good for parking in any of our lots on Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, unless otherwise noted. To obtain a sticker please download and complete this form. Upon presenting it to the Church Secretary, he/she will present you with a sticker, provided the Church Administrator approves.

Wrecking Crew Work Request
We have a group of older and retired gentlemen who volunteer at the Church Building on Monday Mornings. They aim to save the church many repair costs. If there is work that you need done in a specific area of the church, please complete this form and get it to the Church Administrator for approval.
